Ingredients: Enriched bleached wheat flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate (vitamin b1), riboflavin vitamin (b2), folic acid], water, grain and seed blend (sunflower kernels, brown flaxseed, oats, millet, corn grits, sesame seeds, triticale, wheat germ, rye, brown rice, buckwheat), yeast, cornmeal, wheat gluten. Contains 2% or less of each of the following: sugar cane syrup, sugar, salt, preservatives (sodium propionate, calcium propionate), butter, molasses, soybean oil, potato flour, honey, dry whole milk, wheat starch, monocalcium phosphate, fumaric acid, citric acid, soy lecithin.
