Ingredients
- Turkey Waldorf Salad:
- 2-1/2 pounds cooked turkey, chopped
- 6 ounces finely chopped celery
- 6 ounces halved red or green grapes
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt *
- 3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 12 BAYS® English Muffins
- 24 slices Granny Smith apples brushed with lemon juice
- 24 slices cheddar cheese sliced
Instructions
- Combine turkey, celery, grapes, mayonnaise, sour cream, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce; cover. Keep refrigerated until ready to prepare sandwiches.
- Top each muffin half with salad, apple slice and cheese. Broil about 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts and sandwich is heated through. Serve immediately.
