Ingredients

  • Turkey Waldorf Salad:
  • 2-1/2 pounds cooked turkey, chopped
  • 6 ounces finely chopped celery
  • 6 ounces halved red or green grapes
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt *
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 12 BAYS® English Muffins
  • 24 slices Granny Smith apples brushed with lemon juice
  • 24 slices cheddar cheese sliced

Instructions

  • Combine turkey, celery, grapes, mayonnaise, sour cream, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce; cover. Keep refrigerated until ready to prepare sandwiches.

  • Top each muffin half with salad, apple slice and cheese. Broil about 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts and sandwich is heated through. Serve immediately.
