VEGGIE BURGER WITH SPICY KETCHUP

Ingredients
- 4 frozen veggie burger patties
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 4 BAYS® English Muffins, any variety, split, toasted
- 1/2 small red onion, cut into thin slices and separated
- 1/2 cup prepared guacamole
Instructions
- Cook veggie burgers according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, mix ketchup, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper.
- To serve, place burgers on bottom halves of muffins. Top with red onion, guacamole, Spicy Ketchup, and muffin tops.
