VEGGIE BURGER WITH SPICY KETCHUP

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen veggie burger patties
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • 4 BAYS® English Muffins, any variety, split, toasted
  • 1/2 small red onion, cut into thin slices and separated
  • 1/2 cup prepared guacamole

Instructions

  • Cook veggie burgers according to package directions.

  • Meanwhile, mix ketchup, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper.

  • To serve, place burgers on bottom halves of muffins. Top with red onion, guacamole, Spicy Ketchup, and muffin tops.
