Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices (3/4-ounce) Swiss cheese
  • 4 BAYS® English Muffins, split
  • 3 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions (See Tip)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Shape beef into four patties, about ½-inch thick.

  • Heat large skillet over medium heat; cook patties 6 to 8 minutes or to desired doneness and cooked through, turning once. Top with cheese during last few minutes of cooking.

  • Toast English muffins; spread evenly with dressing. Place burgers on bottom halves of muffins; top with caramelized onion, rosemary, and muffin tops.

  • Tip: To caramelize onion, thinly slice 1 large onion. Cook in 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-low heat 15 to 18 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally.

  • Substitute: Prepare using ½ teaspoon dried rosemary for fresh.
