ONION SWISS BURGER

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices (3/4-ounce) Swiss cheese
- 4 BAYS® English Muffins, split
- 3 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions (See Tip)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Shape beef into four patties, about ½-inch thick.
- Heat large skillet over medium heat; cook patties 6 to 8 minutes or to desired doneness and cooked through, turning once. Top with cheese during last few minutes of cooking.
- Toast English muffins; spread evenly with dressing. Place burgers on bottom halves of muffins; top with caramelized onion, rosemary, and muffin tops.
- Tip: To caramelize onion, thinly slice 1 large onion. Cook in 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-low heat 15 to 18 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
- Substitute: Prepare using ½ teaspoon dried rosemary for fresh.
