Ingredients

  • Original Bays® English Muffins
  • 1/2 lb of Breakfast Sausage
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 ½ C Half and Half
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • 1. Cook breakfast sausage in pan and pour out most of the grease
  • 2. Add flour, butter and half & half. Cook on medium heat and stir until thickened
  • 3. Butter 6 Bays English Muffin halves and put them face down on a heated pan. Gently toast until lightly goldened.
  • 4. Top each muffin with sausage and gravy
  • 5. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and enjoy!
