Ingredients
- Original Bays® English Muffins
- 1/2 lb of Breakfast Sausage
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 ½ C Half and Half
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook breakfast sausage in pan and pour out most of the grease
- 2. Add flour, butter and half & half. Cook on medium heat and stir until thickened
- 3. Butter 6 Bays English Muffin halves and put them face down on a heated pan. Gently toast until lightly goldened.
- 4. Top each muffin with sausage and gravy
- 5. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and enjoy!
