Ham and Fontina Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 6 Bays® Brioche Style English Muffins
- 3 TBSP Butter
- 2-4 Eggs
- 2 Slices of Deli Ham
- 2-4 Slices of Fontina Cheese
- ¼ tsp Fresh Rosemary
Instructions
- 1. In a medium size pan, add butter and cook scrambled eggs. Cover to keep warm.
- 2. Meanwhile, toast Bays English Muffins until golden brown.
- 3. Place slices of fontina cheese on warm pan and gently melt cheese.
- 4. Plate and butter English Muffins.
- 5. Top with egg and ham, then gingerly slide melted cheese onto sandwich.
- 6. Sprinkle rosemary atop fontina cheese.
- 7. Place English muffin top on sandwich. Enjoy!
