Ingredients
- Original Bays® English Muffins
- Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 Strips of Bacon
- Leftover Turkey Slices
- 2 Tbsp Leftover Cranberry Sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- Small handful of spinach
Instructions
- 1. Over medium heat, cook egg until egg whites are fully cooked
- 2. Meanwhile, toast Bays English Muffin slices to desired temperature, then butter each slice
- 3. Heat leftover turkey in warmed skillet
- 4. Combine leftover cranberry sauce and cream cheese in a small bowl and mix
- 5. Top English muffin with spinach, cranberry cream cheese spread, turkey, bacon and top with egg
