Ingredients

  • Original Bays® English Muffins
  • Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Strips of Bacon
  • Leftover Turkey Slices
  • 2 Tbsp Leftover Cranberry Sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
  • Small handful of spinach

Instructions

  • 1. Over medium heat, cook egg until egg whites are fully cooked
  • 2. Meanwhile, toast Bays English Muffin slices to desired temperature, then butter each slice
  • 3. Heat leftover turkey in warmed skillet
  • 4. Combine leftover cranberry sauce and cream cheese in a small bowl and mix
  • 5. Top English muffin with spinach, cranberry cream cheese spread, turkey, bacon and top with egg
