  • FRENCH TOAST INGREDIENTS
  • Brioche Style Bays® English Muffins
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Stick of Butter
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ¼ C Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¼ C Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Rum
  • SYRUP INGREDIENTS
  • ½ Stick of Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Salt
  • Pecans
  • 2 Bananas
  • Vanilla
  • Rum

Instructions

  • 1. For the French toast batter, whisk eggs in a large bowl
  • 2. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and brown sugar, then whisk. Next add heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and rum. Mix until well combined.
  • 3. Coat each Brioche Style English Muffin with batter. Add butter to medium size skillet on medium heat. Cook each English muffin until both sides are golden brown.
  • 4. For the syrup, over medium heat; combine butter and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • 5. Add cinnamon, heavy cream, salt, pecans, sliced bananas, vanilla, and rum. Pour syrup over toasted English muffins. Enjoy!
