- Brioche Style Bays® English Muffins
- 4 Eggs
- ½ Stick of Butter
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- ¼ C Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ C Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Rum
- SYRUP INGREDIENTS
- ½ Stick of Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Salt
- Pecans
- 2 Bananas
- Vanilla
- Rum
Instructions
- 1. For the French toast batter, whisk eggs in a large bowl
- 2. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and brown sugar, then whisk. Next add heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and rum. Mix until well combined.
- 3. Coat each Brioche Style English Muffin with batter. Add butter to medium size skillet on medium heat. Cook each English muffin until both sides are golden brown.
- 4. For the syrup, over medium heat; combine butter and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- 5. Add cinnamon, heavy cream, salt, pecans, sliced bananas, vanilla, and rum. Pour syrup over toasted English muffins. Enjoy!
