Ingredients
- Brioche Style Bays® English Muffins
- 1 TBSP Oil
- ½ Medium Onion
- 3 TBSP Butter Divided
- ¼ C Water
- 3 Eggs
- 1 TBSP Mayo
- ¼ C White Wine
- 1 TBSP Sriracha
- 1 TBSP Fresh Chives
- 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- 1. Add oil to skillet on medium heat
- 2. Add sliced onions, 1 TBSP butter, and water
- 3. Cook until caramelized or translucent
- 4. On medium heat add eggs and scramble in pan
- 5. Cook until egg are soft and scrambled, do not overcook
- 6. Butter toasted Bays Brioche Style English Muffins
- 7. Combine mayo and sriracha and spread on both sides of the English muffins
- 8. Layer your sandwich with egg, fresh chives, melty cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions
