Ingredients

  • Brioche Style Bays® English Muffins
  • 1 TBSP Oil
  • ½ Medium Onion
  • 3 TBSP Butter Divided
  • ¼ C Water
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 TBSP Mayo
  • ¼ C White Wine
  • 1 TBSP Sriracha
  • 1 TBSP Fresh Chives
  • 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • 1. Add oil to skillet on medium heat
  • 2. Add sliced onions, 1 TBSP butter, and water
  • 3. Cook until caramelized or translucent
  • 4. On medium heat add eggs and scramble in pan
  • 5. Cook until egg are soft and scrambled, do not overcook
  • 6. Butter toasted Bays Brioche Style English Muffins
  • 7. Combine mayo and sriracha and spread on both sides of the English muffins
  • 8. Layer your sandwich with egg, fresh chives, melty cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions
