Ingredients
- 1 BAYS® Sourdough English Muffin
- 3 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 3 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 3 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 Slices Salami
- 3 Slices Mortadella
- 3 Slices Genoa Salami
- ¼ Cup Green Olives
- 1 Sprig Fresh Parsley
- ¼ Cup Kalamata Olives
- ¼ Cup Giardiniera
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Capers
- ½ Tbsp Oregano
Instructions
- 1. In a food processor combine all olive salad ingredients
- 2. Blend until slightly chunky
- 3. Toast Bays English Muffins
- 4. Spread oil from mix on Bays English Muffins
- 5. Layer with Mortadella, Provolone, Salami, Mozzarella, Genoa Salami, and Swiss
- 6. Spread olive mix on top muffin slice
- 7. Enjoy!
