Ingredients

  • 1 BAYS® Sourdough English Muffin
  • 3 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 3 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 3 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Slices Salami
  • 3 Slices Mortadella
  • 3 Slices Genoa Salami
  • ¼ Cup Green Olives
  • 1 Sprig Fresh Parsley
  • ¼ Cup Kalamata Olives
  • ¼ Cup Giardiniera
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Capers
  • ½ Tbsp Oregano

Instructions

  • 1. In a food processor combine all olive salad ingredients
  • 2. Blend until slightly chunky
  • 3. Toast Bays English Muffins
  • 4. Spread oil from mix on Bays English Muffins
  • 5. Layer with Mortadella, Provolone, Salami, Mozzarella, Genoa Salami, and Swiss
  • 6. Spread olive mix on top muffin slice
  • 7. Enjoy!
