Ingredients

  • 3 BAYS® Sourdough English Muffins
  • Tomato Sauce
  • 18 tsp Pesto
  • 6 Rolls of Stringed Cheese, Cut in Wheels
  • 1 Package Small, Pre-Cut Pepperoni

Instructions

  • 1. On a cookie tray, arrange Bays English Muffin halves inside up
  • 2. Lightly coat the middle English muffin halves with tomato sauce, leaving enough space around the edges to hold
  • 3. Add three individual tsp of pesto
  • 4. Add cut stringed cheese and pre-cut pepperoni
  • 5. Bake in oven at 425 until golden brown on outside and cheese is melted
