Ingredients
- 3 BAYS® Sourdough English Muffins
- Tomato Sauce
- 18 tsp Pesto
- 6 Rolls of Stringed Cheese, Cut in Wheels
- 1 Package Small, Pre-Cut Pepperoni
Instructions
- 1. On a cookie tray, arrange Bays English Muffin halves inside up
- 2. Lightly coat the middle English muffin halves with tomato sauce, leaving enough space around the edges to hold
- 3. Add three individual tsp of pesto
- 4. Add cut stringed cheese and pre-cut pepperoni
- 5. Bake in oven at 425 until golden brown on outside and cheese is melted
