Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 Bays® English Muffin
  • ¼ Cup Sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 3 oz Chopped Spinach
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan
  • ¼ Cup Mozzarella
  • ¼ Cup Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • ¼ tsp Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  • 2. Mix well
  • 3. Butter outsides of Bays English Muffins
  • 4. Place mixture on the inside of English muffin halves
  • 5. Grill on heated pan until golden brown, then flip
  • 6. When both sides are golden brown, remove from heat
  • 7. Enjoy!
