Ingredients
- 2 Bays® English Muffins
- 2 Eggs
- ½ lbs Ground Breakfast Sausage
- Butter
- Raspberry Jam
- 3 Slices Havarti Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Flatten ground breakfast sausage into two ¼ pound patties. Cook in cast iron skillet until brown all the way through. Set aside.
- 2. Cook both eggs to liking. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Toast Bays English Muffins and top with equal parts butter and jam
- 4. Assemble sandwich with cooked sausage patty, eggs and slices of Havarti
