Ingredients

  • 2 Bays® English Muffins
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ lbs Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • Butter
  • Raspberry Jam
  • 3 Slices Havarti Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Flatten ground breakfast sausage into two ¼ pound patties. Cook in cast iron skillet until brown all the way through. Set aside.
  • 2. Cook both eggs to liking. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3. Toast Bays English Muffins and top with equal parts butter and jam
  • 4. Assemble sandwich with cooked sausage patty, eggs and slices of Havarti
