  • 1 Pack BAYS® English Muffins
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Peppers, multiple colors
  • A handful of baby carrots
  • Cheddar jalapeno veggie dip

Instructions

  • 1. Toast and quarter all 6 Bays English Muffins
  • 2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half
  • 3. Slice peppers into wheels
  • 4. Cut baby carrots into 1 inch segments
  • 5. Spread a thin layer of cheddar jalapeno veggie dip on English muffin quarters
  • 6. Arrange peppers, carrots, and tomatoes on the English muffin quarters according to preference
