Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 BAYS® Sourdough English Muffin
- 3 Chicken tenderloins
- A hefty amount of your favorite buffalo sauce
- A sufficient amount of your favorite ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing
- 1/2 stick of butter
- Several leaves of lettuce
- Carrots and celery sticks (optional)
Instructions
- 1. In a preheated pan, cook chicken tenderloins with an aggressive amount of butter
- 2. While the chicken cooks, chop lettuce into strips, and toast & butter Bays English Muffin halves
- 3. When the chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temperature, add enough buffalo sauce to completely coat the tenderloins, then add a little more for good measure
- 4. Lower temperature, and bring the buffalo sauce to a simmer
- 5. Spread ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing on both English muffin halves
- 6. Stack chicken tenderloins and lettuce strips, then pop the top on the sandwich
- 7. (Optional) Garnish with carrots, celery sticks and ranch, if that’s your thing
