Ingredients
- 2 Bays® English Muffins, Any Flavor
- 1 lb Ground Beef, Segmented Into 1/4 lb Patties
- 4 Slices of Cheese, Any Flavor (Colby Jack is Recommended)
- 1 Onion
- Garlic Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Stick of Butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat Griddle to medium-high heat
- 2. Season burger patties with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add other seasonings as you like.
- 3. Cut onions and toss on griddle with a generous dollop of butter
- 4. When onions begin to turn translucent, push to the side of the griddle and add beef patties
- 5. When patties start to brown, smash them flat with a grill press
- 6. Flip burgers when cooked to desired level
- 7. Add Bays English Muffins to griddle, inside face down
- 8. Place cheese slices on top of two burger patties
- 9. When cheese is melty, pile onion on top of cheese slices
- 10. Place bare patties on top of onion slices
- 11. Assemble two burgers with grilled Bays English Muffin and patty-cheese-onion-patty combo
- 12. Garnish with delicious and unhealthy potato chip options (or leafy greens if you must)
