Ingredients

  • 1 Bays® English Muffin, Any Flavor
  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice
  • 2 TBSP Mayo
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Serrano Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Hashbrown
  • 1 Egg, Scrambled

Instructions

  • 1. To make the cilantro avocado aioli, in a food processor, combine: lime juice, mayo, cilantro, garlic, serrano pepper, and avocado
  • 2. Process and set aside
  • 3. On stove top, cook bacon and hash browns to your liking
  • 4. Scramble and cook one egg in egg ring (egg ring optional)
  • 5. Toast Bays English Muffins to your desired toasty-ness
  • 6. Spread your cilantro avocado aioli on the top muffin, then layer your eggs, bacon and hashbrown on the bottom muffin
