Caramel Apple Cider & Honey Maple Butter

Ingredients
- - 2-3 Bays® English Muffins, Toasted
- Ingredients for Butter:
- - 1 Stick Softened Butter
- - 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- - 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- - 2 Tbsp. Honey
- - 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- Ingredients for Cider:
- - 4 Cups Apple Juice
- - 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- - ¼ Cup Caramel Sauce
- - 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
- - Apples Slices and Cinnamon Sticks for Simmering (Optional)
- - Whipped Cream (Optional, but Encouraged)
Instructions
- Butter:
- 1. Mix together all the ingredients until well blended
- 2. Store in the refrigerator and spread onto toasted Bays English Muffins when ready
- Cider:
- 1. In a saucepan mix together all the ingredients and simmer on medium low heat for about 8 minutes or until it has heated up to desired drinking temperature
- 2. Strain out the apples and cinnamon (if applicable)
- 3. Pour into mugs
- 4. Top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce if desired, which we all know it is
