Caramel Apple Cider & Honey Maple Butter

Ingredients

  • - 2-3 Bays® English Muffins, Toasted
  • Ingredients for Butter:
  • - 1 Stick Softened Butter
  • - 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • - 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • - 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • - 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Ingredients for Cider:
  • - 4 Cups Apple Juice
  • - 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • - ¼ Cup Caramel Sauce
  • - 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • - Apples Slices and Cinnamon Sticks for Simmering (Optional)
  • - Whipped Cream (Optional, but Encouraged)

Instructions

  • Butter:
  • 1. Mix together all the ingredients until well blended
  • 2. Store in the refrigerator and spread onto toasted Bays English Muffins when ready
  • Cider:
  • 1. In a saucepan mix together all the ingredients and simmer on medium low heat for about 8 minutes or until it has heated up to desired drinking temperature
  • 2. Strain out the apples and cinnamon (if applicable)
  • 3. Pour into mugs
  • 4. Top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce if desired, which we all know it is
