Ingredients

  • Bays® Original English Muffins
  • 6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • ½ C Brown Sugar
  • 2-4 Slices of Gouda Cheese
  • ½ C Maple Syrup
  • 2 Burger Patties
  • ¼ C Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 Slices of Bacon
  • 1 Large Sweet Onion

Instructions

  • 1. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside
  • 2. Saute onions until translucent
  • 3. Add minced garlic, saute for 30 seconds
  • 4. Add maple syrup, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes
  • 5. Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar
  • 6. Chop bacon and toss into pan
  • 7. Simmer for 10 minutes
  • 8. Cook burgers to your liking, topping with Gouda cheese
  • 9. Assemble burgers on toasted Bays English Muffin with bacon jam on top of the cheese
