Bacon Cheddar Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Bays ® Original English Muffins
  • ⅓ C Water
  • 6 Strips of Bacon
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ¼ C Ketchup
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ C Cubed Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • ½ C Chopped Onions
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Dashes Worcestershire

Instructions

  • 1. In a large skillet cook meat until browned
  • 2. Add onions and saute until translucent
  • 3. Add water, ketchup, garlic, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Stir until sauce thickens.
  • 4. Add cubed cheese and bacon. Stir.
  • 5. Serve on toasted Bays English Muffin
