Cheesy Fondue for Two

Ingredients
- 1 Pack Bays® English Muffins
- 1 Tbsp Brandy
- ⅛ tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- ½ Cup White Wine
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ½ lb of Gouda Cheese
Instructions
- 1. Shred entire wedge of Gouda, add to bowl
- 2. Add cornstarch and mix
- 3. Add white wine, lemon juice and brandy to a pan
- 4. On low heat slowly add grated cheese and paprika stirring until thoroughly blended
- 5. Toast and cube Bays English Muffins
- 6. Serve in heated fondue pot
