Cheesy Fondue for Two

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Bays® English Muffins
  • 1 Tbsp Brandy
  • ⅛ tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • ½ Cup White Wine
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ lb of Gouda Cheese

Instructions

  • 1. Shred entire wedge of Gouda, add to bowl
  • 2. Add cornstarch and mix
  • 3. Add white wine, lemon juice and brandy to a pan
  • 4. On low heat slowly add grated cheese and paprika stirring until thoroughly blended
  • 5. Toast and cube Bays English Muffins
  • 6. Serve in heated fondue pot
