Maple Pumpkin Butter Spread

Ingredients
- BAYS® English Muffins
- 15oz Pumpkin Puree
- 1 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cups Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Juice from 1 Lemon
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a pan over medium heat, add pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, and spices. Stir. When mixed, add lemon juice.
- 2. Set heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Remove from heat, store, and let cool.
- 4. Serve on your favorite toasted Bays English Muffin.
