Ingredients
- 3 BAYS® English Muffins
- 1/2 Cup Dried Apricots
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Orange
Instructions
- 1. Zest and juice orange. Set aside.
- 2. Chop apricots.
- 3. Chop dried cranberries.
- 4. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, chopped apricots, dried cranberries, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 5. After 1 hour, toast BAYS English Muffins.
- 6. Spread mixture on halved English muffins and serve.
