Ingredients

  • 1 BAYS® Brioche Style English Muffin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • Sliced Swiss Cheese
  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese
  • 2-4oz Sliced Turkey and Ham
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Sprinkle of Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Raspberry Jam

Instructions

  • 1. Whisk eggs and milk together.
  • 2. Spread dijon mustard on inside of one half of the BAYS English Muffin.
  • 3. Layer with sliced cheddar cheese, turkey, ham, and swiss cheese, in that order.
  • 4. Spread butter on the inside of the other half of the BAYS English Muffin.
  • 5. Assemble sandwich, and dip both sides in egg batter.
  • 6. Grill in pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  • 7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam on the side.
