Ingredients
- 1 BAYS® Brioche Style English Muffin
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Sliced Swiss Cheese
- Sliced Cheddar Cheese
- 2-4oz Sliced Turkey and Ham
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Sprinkle of Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Raspberry Jam
Instructions
- 1. Whisk eggs and milk together.
- 2. Spread dijon mustard on inside of one half of the BAYS English Muffin.
- 3. Layer with sliced cheddar cheese, turkey, ham, and swiss cheese, in that order.
- 4. Spread butter on the inside of the other half of the BAYS English Muffin.
- 5. Assemble sandwich, and dip both sides in egg batter.
- 6. Grill in pan over medium heat until golden brown.
- 7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with raspberry jam on the side.
