Ingredients
- 2 BAYS® Brioche Style English Muffins, toasted and buttered
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 bananas, sliced into medallions
- Instant whipped cream
Instructions
- Whisk pudding mix and milk for 1 – 2 minutes until thoroughly combined.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on toasted and buttered BAYS Brioche Style English Muffin halves.
- Spread the pudding on the muffins. Top with banana medallions and whipped cream to taste.
- Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
