Ingredients

  • 2 BAYS® Brioche Style English Muffins, toasted and buttered
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 bananas, sliced into medallions
  • Instant whipped cream

Instructions

  • Whisk pudding mix and milk for 1 – 2 minutes until thoroughly combined.

  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on toasted and buttered BAYS Brioche Style English Muffin halves.

  • Spread the pudding on the muffins. Top with banana medallions and whipped cream to taste.

  • Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
