Ingredients

  • 2 BAYS® English Muffins split and toasted
  • 1 4-oz. package cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 8-oz. can chocolate frosting room temperature
  • 1 small can Mandarin orange segments drained

Instructions

  • Spread a smooth layer of cream cheese on the toasted English muffin halves. Divide frosting evenly among halves. Top with a pinwheel design of mandarin orange slices.
