EXTRA POINT PIZZA

Ingredients

  • 4 BAYS® English Muffins, split
  • 2 tablespoons flavored oil, such as basil oil
  • 1 package (9-12 ounces) flavored chicken sausages, sliced into coin-sized pieces
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Thinly sliced fresh basil
  • Thin Roma tomato slices, halved

Instructions

  • Preheat oven and pizza stone or baking sheet to 500° F. Brush split muffins with flavored oil. Top with sausage slices and goat cheese. Sprinkle with onion and shredded mozzarella. Carefully slide pizzas onto hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Garnish each pizza with basil and tomato. Serve warm.
