Ingredients

  • Greek Salsa:
  • 1-1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 1-1/2 pound seeded, chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 12 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
  • 12 BAYS® English Muffins
  • 3 pounds (4-ounce) hamburger patties
  • 12 leaves Romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • Combine feta, tomato, green onion, mint and Greek dressing thoroughly. Cover; refrigerate for per-order preparation.

  • Stir together mayonnaise and dill. Cover; refrigerate for per-order preparation.

  • Lightly toast muffin; spread evenly with dill mayonnaise. Cook hamburger to desired doneness. Top bottom half of muffin with lettuce, burger, then salsa. Cover with top half of muffin. Serve immediately
