Ingredients
- Greek Salsa:
- 1-1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1-1/2 pound seeded, chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 1/2 cup Greek-style vinaigrette salad dressing
- 12 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
- 12 BAYS® English Muffins
- 3 pounds (4-ounce) hamburger patties
- 12 leaves Romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Combine feta, tomato, green onion, mint and Greek dressing thoroughly. Cover; refrigerate for per-order preparation.
- Stir together mayonnaise and dill. Cover; refrigerate for per-order preparation.
- Lightly toast muffin; spread evenly with dill mayonnaise. Cook hamburger to desired doneness. Top bottom half of muffin with lettuce, burger, then salsa. Cover with top half of muffin. Serve immediately
