Ingredients
- Blue Cheese Topping:
- 3 cups crumbled blue cheese
- 3 cups chopped toasted walnuts
- 3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 BAYS® English Muffins
- 3 pounds (4-ounce) hamburger patties
- 12 oz. lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine blue cheese, walnuts and parsley; cover. Refrigerate for per-order preparation.
- Lightly toast muffin. Cook hamburger to desired doneness. Top burger with Blue Cheese Topping. Allow cheese to melt. Place lettuce, then burger on bottom half of muffin. Cover with top half of muffin. Serve immediately
