Veggie Burger with Spicy Ketchup

4 frozen veggie burger patties
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash cayenne pepper
4 BAYS English Muffins, any variety, split, toasted
1/2 small red onion, cut into thin slices and separated
1/2 cup prepared guacamole


Cook veggie burgers according to package directions.

Meanwhile, mix ketchup, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and cayenne pepper.

To serve, place burgers on bottom halves of muffins. Top with red onion, guacamole, Spicy Ketchup, and muffin tops.
