Ingredients

  • 6 BAYS® English Muffins
  • ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

  • 1. In a medium bowl, mix heavy whipping cream and 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2. In a different medium bowl, beat cream cheese
  • 3. Add 1 Tbsp powdered sugar to cream cheese and mix, then add vanilla extract
  • 4. Puree 2 Cups strawberries
  • 5. Combine pureed strawberries, heavy whipping cream mixture, and cream cheese mixture
  • 6. Toast Bays English muffins
  • 7. Pipe strawberry mixture onto English muffins
  • 8. Hull and halve remaining strawberries to make hearts
  • 9. Place strawberry hearts in cheesecake mix
  • 10. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
