Brush insides of English muffins with olive oil and broil in toaster oven until lightly browned. Remove, top muffin bottoms with salami, tomato, basil leaves and shredded mozzarella. Return to toaster oven and broil just until cheese starts to melt, about 1 minute. Remove, cover sandwiches with muffin tops and serve immediately.
