Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Grease 9”x5” loaf pan. In a large bowl mix the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in English muffin cubes, bananas, chocolate chips and toffee chips. Set aside and let rest for 30 minutes until English muffins become saturated, then pour pudding mixture into prepared pan. Place a damp kitchen towel in the bottom of a roasting pan. Place filled loaf pan on top of the towel and then place both in the oven. Gently fill roasting pan with water to reach halfway up sides of loaf pan. Bake for one hour.
Tastes fabulous as-is or served with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
