Sassy Southwestern English Muffin Bites

Ingredients

6 BAYS English Muffins, split and toasted
1 package (8 ounces) shredded taco-seasoned Mexican cheese blend
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chunky salsa
1/3 cup pitted kalamata or black olives

Instructions

Heat oven to 375° F. In small bowl, combine cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, salsa and olives; mix well. Spread evenly over toasted muffins. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cut into quarters.
