Burger a la Grècque
1-1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
1-1/2 pound seeded, chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped mint
1/2 cup Greek-style vinaigrette salad dressing
12 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
12 BAYS English Muffins
3 pounds (4-ounce) hamburger patties
12 leaves Romaine lettuce
Combine feta, tomato, green onion, mint and Greek dressing thoroughly. Cover; refrigerate for per-order preparation.
Stir together mayonnaise and dill. Cover; refrigerate for per-order preparation.
Lightly toast muffin; spread evenly with dill mayonnaise. Cook hamburger to desired doneness. Top bottom half of muffin with lettuce, burger, then salsa. Cover with top half of muffin. Serve immediately
