Buffalo Pizza Rounds
3 BAYS English Muffins, split
6 (6-ounce) frozen breaded chicken tenders
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 to 3 tablespoons Frank's hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
6 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat broiler. Cook chicken tenders according to package directions; set aside. Meanwhile, combine dressing, hot sauce and celery salt; mix well.
Toast English muffins; place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle blue cheese over hot toasted muffins. Cut or slice cooked chicken tenders into pieces; sprinkle over muffins. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons dressing mixture over each muffin half; top with 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
Broil 5 inches from heat source 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown (watch closely so cheese does not burn). Serve immediately.
