Antipasti Platter

Ingredients

Prepared Herbed Butter Spread (See recipe below)
4 BAYS English Muffins, any variety, split, toasted, halved
8 slices each of desired meats, such as salami, capicola, mortadella, and prosciutto
1 wedge Parmesan cheese
1 cup assorted marinated olives
6 ounces fresh figs
Grape or cherry tomatoes, optional
Caper berries, optional

Instructions

Arrange ingredients on platter, tray, or wooden board.

Herbed Butter Spread: Mix 1/2 cup softened butter with 2 teaspoons chopped parsley, 1/2 teaspoon chopped thyme or oregano, 1 clove minced garlic and a dash of salt.

Tip: Garnish platter with parsley.

Serves:

8 (2 halves each)
