Extra Point Pizza

- 4 Bays English Muffins, split
- 2 tablespoons flavored oil, such as basil oil
- 1 package (9-12 oz) flavored chicken sausages, such as sun-dried tomato and pine nut, sliced into coin-sized pieces
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese for pizza
- Chiffonade of fresh basil
- Roma tomato slice, halved
Preheat oven and pizza stone or tiles to 500°. Brush split muffins with flavored oil. Top with sausage slices and goat cheese. Sprinkle with onion and shredded cheese. Slide pizza onto hot pizza stone. Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Garnish each pizza with basil and tomato. Serve warm or at room temperature.
